Overview
We want you to be happy with your R36S, R36XX, or other console from The Retro Consoles. This policy explains how our 30-day returns and 1-year warranty work.
30-day returns
You can return your console for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the console should be returned with all original accessories and packaging where possible, and in the same condition you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
To start a return, email us at callum@theretroconsoles.com, rin@theretroconsoles.com or jason@theretroconsoles.com with your order number, and we will confirm the return address and next steps.
1-year warranty
Every console we sell is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults that arise under normal use. If your console develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly, at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
