Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works when you order from The Retro Consoles.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).

Currency and pricing

All prices on our site are shown in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

Payment security

Your card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Checkout pages are encrypted to keep your information safe.

Order confirmation

Once payment is successfully taken, you will receive an order confirmation email. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you can try again or use a different payment method.
