Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item? Here’s how order cancellations work.

Before your order has shipped

If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, email us as soon as possible at callum@theretroconsoles.com, rin@theretroconsoles.com or jason@theretroconsoles.com with your order number. If we haven’t yet shipped it, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

After your order has shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled in transit. Instead, you can return it once it arrives under our 30-day Refund and Returns Policy for a full refund.

Order changes

If you need to change a delivery address or item on an order that hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before it is dispatched.
