These Terms of Service govern your use of theretroconsoles.com and any purchase you make from The Retro Consoles (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell retro-style handheld gaming consoles, including the R36S and R36XX, along with related accessories. We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colours, packaging, and preloaded content may vary slightly from images shown on the site.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly, in which case we will refund any payment taken in full.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders as advertised on our site. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed; please see our Shipping Policy for more detail.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and every console is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products.
