Free shipping
We offer free shipping and delivery on orders as advertised on our site. Any shipping cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods (such as sales or holidays) processing may take a little longer; we will let you know if there is a significant delay.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within a few business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information where available.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at callum@theretroconsoles.com, rin@theretroconsoles.com or jason@theretroconsoles.com with your order number and we will chase it up or arrange a replacement.
